A complete crap hole!!! We arrived at 10:30pm from the dunes to check in. The hostess told us we would need to basically plug in the air conditioned to start it....it had been 103 degrees that day (Sept 5 2026) the room was probably around 90 degrees (because the air had been completely off) when we entered the room. There was a live spider and dead cricket in the sink. I pulled the bed covers back and something was in the bed so I turned over a pillow to check and there was a live spider. I flipped over the second pillow and there was another spider...two spiders on the under side of the pillows in a 90 degree room. My son said "Im sleeping in the truck" and walked out. I went to the hostess and said give me my money back and it took her 20 minutes to get our refund processed. Even if it wasn't for the spiders, it would have been morning before the room cooled below 80 degrees...Its standard for properties to turn the AC up during vacancies but to turn it off on a 103 degree day says all you need to know about this place.

We came to town for the College Rodeo and we were late getting in. Check-in was super smooth, the owner was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient for everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are in town. If you are looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay over, I would highly recommend.

Clean, good value

The motel is undeniably old and does not look impressive from the outside. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. This place is a great value. I have stayed here a couple of times and will certainly go back. It is not the Ritz, but it is clean with a comfortable bed. For the price it is a win.

Nice budget lodging!

This is an older motel, but the rooms have been updated. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The room was clean with the exception of a couple of dead crickets on the floor.

We reserved three rooms for two nights. I understood this was a low-cost facility. One room had the flooring seams taped and we were advised be careful not to trip. One room had air conditioning that would not cool. We were given a remote for the air conditioner, one for all three rooms. The last room had no water. None. Although they did get it working the last day we were there.

First no shower… or I should say a fake shower. There was a shower head there but no way to turn it on. The entire reason I got a hotel that night was to take a shower. Then there were live and dead bugs lined the corner of the wall where the head of the bed is and there were even bugs under the mattress. I tried the door bell like the sign says but no one came, I called like their sign says but no one answered. I left, I paid 63$ for a little kids bath. I took video of everything and will find where I can post it.
