「This was a nice wayside hotel for a night or two. The young lady at the front counter who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. She even offered to help us carry our luggage from our car into the hotel. Now that's great service! It rained heavily one night and a lake formed on the north side of the parking area. We had to wait a few hours for the water to subside in order to recover our car. The parking area is shared by a few businesses, and unfortunately, there are large lorries that...

Our plane delayed and we got to hotel and contact numbers were listed on front door and no one on site. Poor charm factor with plastic ivy on fence.」

「Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom」
