"I booked a standard room. It's supposed to look to the garden but it's literally to the car park. Awful view. I asked to upgrade which took some persuasion even though the hotel had 3 rooms occupied. Got a nice room in the end. Balconies and outside areas weren't not clean. Lots of weeds in most places.
