"Would be great to have plastic bags for litter bins available. And also good vacuum cleaner so we can better clean small dust, hairs etc. Not sure about wood availability. There was some, we used some. But not sure if it is regularly checked and added? Overall very good facility for reasonable money. Thank you very much!"

"- More than large enough to host two families (7 persons). Lay-out of the rooms allows for some privacy between families and/or boy/girl teenagers. - Schmitten (which is quiet by itself) as a base camp in a central location for visiting the region. - Parking available - WiFi! This is relatively important given that Switzerland is outside of EU and thus not included in our mobile phone plans (roaming). Teenagers can connect with their friends in the evening (happy teenagers = happy parents),...

"We very much appreciated the kind attention and all support from Ilze and the BergKultur team during our stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well located. Thank you very much for this great experience! The communication channel for services and support could be easier, if using WhatsApp. We did not know the second garage, which we have asked for, would be far away in an open public parking area. This distance was very unpleasant, especially given the snow conditions in our...

"The apartment is perfectly prepared for a stay for two people (or 4 as there was a huge sofa bed of very high quality) in a wonderful town amongst breathtaking scenery. Although the apartment is in a building that appears a little tired and dated, the accommodation itself seems recently renovated. The quality of the fittings and furniture is very high and thoughtfully designed. The apartment was perfectly clean and ready when we arrived. 8/10 Good
"The hotel was very beautiful and clean! The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and easy to get around in. There are no lake view balconies as shown in a picture. The hotel is quite a distance uphill from the train station. We took a taxi to get up to the hotel with our suitcases. But then easily walked back down the hill at the end of our stay back to the train."
