Our stay at the Holiday Home with Sauna in Alveringem was nothing short of magical! The kids were thrilled with the playground equipment and the game console, while we enjoyed some relaxation time in the sauna, The spacious layout of the house made it easy for our large family to spread out, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs, Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Flemish coast and nearby historical sites, A highlight was definitely the BBQ nights in the garden! Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a fun and luxurious getaway

Heel vriendelijk onthaal. Elke slaapkamer heeft een badkamer , zalig voor de privacy. Alles is aanwezig, toiletpapier, keukenhanddoeken. Etcetera. Hele gezellige tuin. Kortom een prachtig verblijf. En voor deze luxe betaal je zeker niet teveel. We hebben ervan genoten, zowel de groten als de kleintjes.

Una Casa muy acogedora y cómoda!!

Grupo de 12 amigos que comparten viajes desde hace muchos años. Hemos pasado 6 días estupendos en esta casa tan acogedora y bien equipada. Comodidad con tantos baños, los salones tan amplios y ese bonito jardín. Aunque llovió mucho también pudimos hacer barbacoa en el jardín y disfrutar de ratos de sol. La cocina magnífica y con capacidad para muchas personas. La atención por parte de Rose magnífica ! Muy recomendable para conocer toda la zona alrededor tanto Brujas, Gante o Dunkerque y toda la costa. También pueblos pequeños como Bergues precioso y con mucha historia. Y muy cerca ciudades francesas a las que puedes ir en tren , como Lille. Un viaje para recordar!!

Voor de tweede maal een familieverblijf met 28 personen geboekt in dit fantastisch huis. Het huis is zo groot en heeft zoveel mogelijke hoekjes voor ieder wat wil en om je ook even te onttrekken aan de drukte. Er is ook een enorme grote tuin. Gewoon een ideale locatie om met een grote groep te verblijven.

La maison est conforme à la description. Ma famille et moi même avons apprécié les 4 jours passés ensemble dedans et dans le jardin. Chaque chambre a sa salle d'eau, c'est extra! La cuisine a tout le matériel pour être fonctionnelle, surtout la chambre froide et les 2 lave vaisselle... Je recommande tout à fait cette grande maison .

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für alle Altersgruppen. Leider ist die Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und eine grundlegende Gesamtrenovierung wäre geboten. Folgende Mängel sind vorhanden: Treppenstufe lose und nicht sicher zu begehen- Unfallgefahr! Sessel teilweise defekt- Unfallgefahr! Heizung schlecht regelbar, Warmwasserversorgung zeitweise Ausfall. Toilettenspülung funktioniert teilweise nicht richtig. Sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Kellerzugang. Wintergartendach teilweise undicht. Küchenherd teilweise defekt, Spüle zu klein, teilweise Mäuseexkremente in Schublade. Saunaaustattung teilweise defekt. Spielgeräte wie Billard Kö und Dartspfeile teilweise unbrauchbar.

Met 10 volwassenen, 3 kinderen tussen 8 en 3 jaar en 2 baby's, een mooi weekend gehad. De woning is niet nieuw, netjes, erg ruim. Goed uitgeruste keuken, met een koelcel ! De max als je naar een bestemming gaat waar je geen tijd wil verspillen aan het uitzoeken van handelszaken om inkopen te doen. 2 grote gasfornuizen, oven, 2 vaatwassers. Heel praktisch voor ons groot gezelschap.Ook voor ontspanning binnenshuis was vanalles voorzien. Pooltafel in de living, kickertafel en pinpongtafel in de kelder, sjoelbak,... Mooie wandeling ter plaatse en naar Bray-Dunes, de moeite ! Wij hebben genoten en onze kinderen en kleinkinderen ook. Familie Rijckaert

Volgens de foto's die we online konden zien en waarvan de tuin heel net leek, was het rond het huis allemaal een beetje overwoekerd van struiken en onkruid. Jammer, want anders was het verzorgd binnen en waren die mensen heel behulpzaam. Plezant weekend gehad.

Er was zeker veel ruimte zowel binnen als buiten en voldoende gelegenheid om de dag te vullen, ook bij regenweer. De douches waren zeer proper en werkten goed. Ruim voldoende badkamers en toiletten. Er werkte wel slechts één van de twee vaatwasmachines en één WC was buiten gebruik bij aankomst. De meubelen zijn wat oubollig.

Sehr viel Platz, schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet (bspw. 2 Grills, 2 große Gasherde, Kühlraum, etc.) - wenn es sich ergeben sollte, würden wir wiederkommen, auf alle Fälle!

Classe et convivial

C'est une maison parfaite pour passer du bon temps entre amis ou en famille. La maison est grande et permet différentes ambiances en même temps. Les chambres sont charmantes et permettent d'avoir de l'intimité même dans les "dortoirs". Il y a beaucoup d'activités possibles et la cuisine est très bien équipée. La proximité de la mer et les pistes cyclables autour sont aussi de vrais plus!

Hartelijke ontvangst door Nathalie en Christa in een kraaknet huis. Praktisch ingericht. Veel mogelijkheden met al die verschillende ruimtes. Ik heb gevraagd om wat extra grote potten te voorzien in de keuken. Alle kosten zijn vooraf gekend. Voordeel vind ik. De omgeving viel wat minder mee. Je hebt voor alles een auto nodig. Een wandeling maken vanuit het huis is jammer genoeg geen optie door het vrij drukke betonbaantje.
