Convenient proximity to MSR Houston Race Track

The house met our needs for a weekend away from home.

There was nothing good about this property. There were dirty socks and other items under the beds. There is no lights in the back where you park. The front screen door does not close, the front door does not lock from the inside. It was not clean at all there were cob webs all over the place. What appeared to be mold in the bathrooms. It is far from updated anything. The toilet in the main bathroom does not work and apparently has not since 2023, The back deck is not stable by no means. The fire alarms kept beeping. Had to unplug them and when called they said they would get back to me. Never heard from them. The place does not sleep 6 adults comfortably as the kids room as the beds are not comfortable. They Booked for 6 adults only 5 towels stated had extra and did not. And to top it off there were cockroaches running from the bathroom to under the washing machine. DO NOT RENT this Airbnb.

Has potential if it is better taken care of

The location of this home was good as we got quickly to all the places we needed to drive to. The neighborhood was quiet. The size of the home was great, larger than we needed. We only used one of the bedrooms and kept the other two closed. The issues with lack of cleanliness, a broken toilet, and most of all the inadequacy of safety due to a bad door, rotting door frame, and a non-working bottom lock/latch were the parts that were disappointing and ruined the stay for us in the end. When we called customer service about one of the problems, we repeatedly got the same reply, completely disregarding what we were asking about. It could have been a fantastic stay but turned out to be a let down, partially because representatives ignored the given information.

Place to Stay for a Worktrip

I was working in the area and this place gave a great alternative to staying at a hotel. The convenience of having a kitchen and laundry was very appealing. The place was clean, well stocked a very accommodating for a two week stay. The price was great as well. Would definitely recommend
