"Self entry, so don't lose the directions. Cute day room with windows and comfy couches, and a small frig that held breakfast items, good protein selections, and coffee/tea and paper goods to support breakfast. My room was small but adequate, and bathroom simple and clean. I do wish I had a window in my room tho. Be aware you may have to take your luggage up stairs Right across the street from Basecamp cafe."

"I love that it is self check-in, they send you a message with your room info and you let yourself in! No face to face interaction, which I prefer/like. The room was clean and had all of the basic amenities! The rooms are not as up to date as most hotel/motel rooms are, but it is worth it to stay there if you are not wanting to pay Anchorage prices - we've stayed here twice now and will continue to stay here instead of in Anchorage!"

"Host is very proactive with communication. As mentioned by others, this is the lower level apartment with ground-level access and patio. Kitchenette with 2-burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, small coffee pot. Apartment was clean and cozy. Hosts live in the upper level, and at times can be heard enjoying their home. View of mountains and overlooking Anchorage is stunning. Off the beaten path, possibility for wildlife encounters and good proximity for just about anything to see or do in the area."
