"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

"Wonderful house !!! We had our children and grandchildren and there was plenty of room for all of us . Big spacious bedrooms - we all felt like we had our own space . The pool was awesome for a one year old and three 2 year olds as well as for the adults . We loved it ! The walk to the beach was not far at all . We were there during spring break and it was not over crowded . The location is perfect for getting to Alys beach , rosemary beach , and Seaside for any shopping or dining . Jason was very timely in responding to any questions we had . We will definitely be back ! "

"The view was to die for!!!! The beach access was amazing too. You dont need to carry all your belongings down because it's a 30 second walk back. We would go back 10 times over! The host was always in communication for any issues we might have had! "

"This home is beautifully decorated, very spacious and it is nestled in a very quiet gated community, just short drive to CR 30A. It is within minutes of Publix, and a new strip mall with many dining and shopping options. We highly recommend it. The rates are reasonable for the size of the home. It is perfect for a family getaway. Bikes are available and wristbands provided for access to the beach. The host is extremely responsive, friendly and very accommodating. This was our first time visiting 30A and we had a very enjoyable time. Thanks for hosting us! We would definitely stay again. Best, Maggie R. "
