「Appartement très joli, mais comme dit au propriétaire très humide le soir malgré la chaleur de la journée, le wi-fi est pas terrible car pas de réseau( appels) et la lumière de la fenêtre peut être mettre des rideaux occultant car le matin on est levé de bonheur. Sinon pratique et décoré avec goût.」

「+: Location is in a safe and quiet area, and less than 10 minutes walking to the main entrance of old town. We are 6 persons and we get an apartment with balconies from where we can see the ancient wall of the old town. Staffs are very kind and helpful. -: Apartment equipments are a little old.」

「A really lovely place to stay - in the shadow of the castle itself which was a 10 minute walk away. It was more an apartment than a hotel room, with fridge/freezer, sink, living area and two separate bedrooms. Be aware that it was initially difficult to find because the rooms are within a retirement home and the facilities within our room clearly supported assisted living. Staff very friendly!」

「Basically a glorified bnb but with zero communication. I didn’t know until after I booked that it was going to be a no contact check-in. Even though they say you will be contacted with check-in info 24 hours before, we were not notified until 5 minutes before check-in. Bathroom smells of sewage, bed is thin and hard, pillows are both too big and very uncomfortable to sleep, you hear everything from your neighbors, hot because you are under the roof.」

「Perfectly positioned,lovely property, easy walking to both the old city and the modern one. Access to supermarkets(by car) and small shops by foot. Martine obviously lives her home, as a host she was perfect, available if needed but not intrusive. The pool is a big plus if you have teenagers. 」

「L’hébergement est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. La propreté est irréprochable. Le logement très spacieux et il y règne un calme absolu. Sa localisation permet d’accéder facilement à de nombreux sites de visite. La région est magnifique loin du tumulte touristique. Jean pierre et sa femme sont chaleureux, de très bons conseils. Vue la chaleur de cette été, la piscine a été salvatrice. L’hygiène de celle ci est impeccable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et remercions encore...

「We stayed for couple of nights and would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Carcassonne. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and train station. The castle is about 15-20 minutes walk through charming streets and the old bridge which is a pedestrian bridge. This bridge is also possibly the best viewing point and photo opportunity. Richard and Helen were very kind, on our arrival a bottle of red wine greeted us at the apartment. Very thoughtful. Thank you!」

「Le séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé, les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles.La maison est très bien placée avec une piscine sécurisée 」

「Great welcome from Sandra and Fred who gave us access to property 2.5 hours before check in time. They were friendly , helpful and generous throughout our stay. (Do try The food especially Fred’s signature apple cake.) Apartment comfortable and great for a few days rest half way through out our around France. The 48 steps to the flat plus 18 to the bedrooms will keep you fit! Enjoyed Carcassone and La Cite. A great stay!」

「Lovely and relaxing stay, really well equipped for large groups to get away. Nothing fussy so an ideal choice for a large group with children - plenty of bits to explore and space to run around. Christian was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions, including introduction to chef Alain. Rafting near Foix recommended and a trip to Mirepoix market and the Carcassonne light show. 」
