“Great coffee and snacks. Nice to have creamer in the frig. Overall a great little quiet place with parking right in front.”

“We liked the location and the property which was clean and nicely decorated. The main bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The 2nd bdrm. Murphy bed mattress wasn't comfortable. I purchased a 3" topper which was money well spent as we had a 6 wk. rental and are elderly. We struggled with the Roku on the TVs as it seemed that there wasn't much of a selection without subscribing to a variety of streaming services. We had to forgo the early football season, but were busy house hunting and doing the……

“Bring an eye mask unless you like rising with the sun. The place is cozy, and comfortable. It gets dark at night which is great when you want to get away from light pollution. Horses and pets were friendly. The generator runs for about 12 hours so let the hosts know when you are out so they can get it full to run thru the night. The bathroom door swings out to create a nice shower bathroom dressing area. We loved our stay and the hosts were nice and accommodating.”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked for the air conditioning to have been turned down before we arrived. The thermostats were set on 80 when we arrived. We turned them down and left for supper. When we returned the house was cooler and continued to cool off during the evening. The wifi went down several times during our 4-night stay. We messaged and emailed with no response initally. After a phone call, leaving a message, the call was returned promptly. We needed……

“The property and house are very nice. There is plenty of room for a family. The house is clean and well kept. The host and neighbor that takes care of the property were very nice and quick to answer any questions I had. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful place to stay during my son’s baseball tournament in Nogales. We definitely recommend and will be staying here again. The property is beautiful and it feels like home.”

“Very nice and cozy place. The property is beautiful and seeing the horses so close was very nice. Hope to get to stay again. Maybe a little longer next time so we have an opportunity to spend more time on property with the horses. The host was great and very responsive.”

“Great, relaxing, perfect location, well stocked, can’t wait to return!”

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay here at your rental. It was clean quiet and inviting. I appreciate the items you provide to help all enjoy their stay including the baby items even though I no longer need them it was nice to see the thought put into your home. I hope you have a blessed year and look forward to renting from you again in the future. ”
