「It prolly was a bad ass place once, but that was a while back. Room was ample, breakfast was very decent, place was generally clean. Our keys went outta whack four times, ride the elevator on someone else’s key up and down, go to reception, wasted ten minutes every time. No apologies whatsoever, nobody cared, it was prolly happening to everyone. Pools were not clean, service around pools nonexistent, bar was close.
