Very clean, great location, and perfect place to spend a sunny weekend in the Hamptons!

The location and private beach with beach service were great. Also had a nice pool and clubhouse with bathroom facilities. The unit was nice except the bed needs to be replaced. It was very hard. The bathroom is also older but served the purpose. Bottom unit with a unit above and noises from above. Walk to Lobster Roll and Clam Shack.
