We stayed here twice in a week, the first time the room was flawless and everything looked brand new and clean but unfortunately the second time the King Suite was a bit dirty and outdated, the tub had old stains and there was hair in the tub. I do have to point out that on both separate stays The beds were buckled out and uncomfortable. Now a huge plus for this property is the EV plugs for us to charge our Tesla, it made a huge difference on our trip the next day.

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was genuinely kind & helpful. The rooms & bathroom were clean, as well as the hallways. We could not hear the people in the rooms around us either! That was a huge plus! I liked that you had to have a key card to use the elevator. It felt very safe. Thank you!!

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in all kinds of hotels. I feel it is only fair to recognize that this is one of the nicest, cleanest, best-located, best-furnished, best-designed, and most stylish hotels I have ever stayed in. Besides this, the Parking and breakfast are included. The fact that the hotel is relatively new certainly contributes to its pristine condition. My friend and I were excited to spend a girls’ weekend here while visiting from Austin. We arrived around 1:30 PM on Friday and asked if early check-in was available, understanding that check-in officially begins at 3:00 PM. The front desk attendant was not very friendly and simply told us there was nothing that could be done. We returned at 2:56 PM to check in and were again told that check-in was at 3:00 PM and the rooms still needed to be cleaned. After speaking with someone in the back, the attendant eventually provided us with a room key around 3:05 PM. While the check-in experience was disappointing, everyone else we encountered during our stay was wonderful. The front desk staff on Saturday and Sunday were especially friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten their names so I could recognize them personally.

For starters I asked for a handicap room like we stayed in the previous weekend but to no avail. 1. The beds in the room 103 are 3+ foot off floor (my 91yr. mom needed a bench to get up in to the bed, my husband fell out of the bed, and I pulled on the sheets to help me get up into the bed). 2. Step in shower instead of a walk in (mom didn’t take a shower). 3. No hand rails 4. The things that should of been hot on the breakfast buffet were cold (eggs, biscuits, gravy was watered down and cold, sausage cold) After driving 8rs. from CO. we were ready to get in our room, unpack, eat a sandwich and crash so my husband said we weren’t changing rooms. I received an email from a management on how was my stay previous weekend and I answered that we loved it and would like to book the same room when we come back through to go home. I also called and talked to a staff member and she assured me we would have the same type room but not room #105 but room #103 was the same (NOT). She advised me to boo through Expedia because she couldn’t give me the same rate as previous booking since I booked through Expedia and when received she would make sure we got the same type room as previous booking. I’m very disappointed this time around! Irma
