The first thing I saw when I walked in the property was a massive leak coming from the ceiling in the lobby. The pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see the second step on the ladder. I am a CPO, so I thought maybe the just shocked the pool. Nope, the pool was so cloudy the entire time that you couldn't see the drains, that's a violation and would have the pool shut down. Our room (320) had a massive area in the ceiling that was heavily water damaged. The damage was characterized by a large swath of missing texture, dark brown water staining, and a crack in the drywall. There was a large drywall patch on the wall by the bed that had only been taped and bedded and was a complete eye sore. The bathroom had toothpaste on the wall behind the door, a dirty faucet, moldy caulk, and several missing or cracked tiles. Oh also, the entire room was damp from the humidity that came from the pool and fountain. The breakfast that we were told was free when we signed in wasn't free, come to find out only a portion is. Then we went to get a drink at 1:30am after playing a show and the bartender told us they'd already had last calls. From start to finish the stay was subpar
