「The Grant Estate (Eighteenth) is set in a beautiful setting close to the long beach. It has a lot of facilities on site ie: pool, tennis courts, club house with bar and restaurant. The golf greens are superb and are a pleasure to be around they are perfectly groomed. The apartments are very contempary and are beautifully kept. It was a pleasure to stay we only wish it were longer.」

「My wife and I and another couple had a wonderful stay at Beachhaven at Prince's Grant! The property was nice, comfortable and clean. Well laid out for a beach vacation. The grounds are well kept. The bar and restaurant at Prince's Grant were convenient with good food and service. The beach is spectacular! We have stayed together in other properties, but overall, this was our favorite in the Durban area so far」

「It was dirty. Floors had not been cleaned. There was muck in the freezer. Got the bum's rush from the owner. Late check in, early check out...maids were waiting outside door before our check out time..."no pressure." ick....felt like a warden with all the keys and padlocks...beach was nice to be sure, but I wish we stayed somewhere else. Left a sour taste for our last nights in ZA...a shame. BTW, no view whatsoever...must go through two locked gates just to enter the place.」
