Amazing Oceanfront Villa with private pool

This oceanfront house with breathtaking views to Bahía de Banderas is located in a gated community with 24/7 security in Bucerías Nayarit. Only 30 min away from Puerto Vallarta’s international airport. It has over 484 sq/m of construction and it is tastefully decorated with WiFi all over the place.

The house has direct access to the ocean, a heated private pool
and an amazing jacuzzi. Additional services like cooking, grocery shopping,
transportation, tours and relaxing massages are offered with an extra cost.
Everyday cleaning service is included in the rental fee.

The house is fully equipped and ready to use with all kitchen
appliances, bathroom amenities and beach towels. It has 12 people
maximum capacity (10 adults and 2 toddlers) accommodated in 4
wonderful bedrooms each of them with its own bathroom.

The house also has a studio with half bath which can be use
as a bedroom or massage room.

A truly beautiful property with a breathtaking view. One of the best views of bahia de banderas anywhere. The host and concierge were fantastic and i definitely recommend reserving with Monica.

Fantastic retreat

If you are looking for an idyllic, peaceful place that you can enjoy with family, then this is the one. The place is part of a small, quiet and secure com and the staff is first rate. Walking the beach is easy to access but you will need to have transportation if you wish to dine out

Christmas Family Vacation

We really enjoyed this house. It was as advertised. The small lap pool in the large main living area was enjoyed by all. The kitchen and dining table were perfect of our family.We had a chef and helper prepare 4 dinners for us. They were great. The 4 large bedrooms were perfect and air conditioned. The main room is not, but very comfortable with the sea breezes. The 5th bedroom was small with bunk beds and a pull out hide a bed couch. It has a half bath. However, our grandsons, 19 and 17 had no problems. They have a large golf cart that takes you up and down from the house to the parking garage. Also a very nice community pool for a small number of houses in this complex. There is limited beach access because of the rocks and tides. Very convenient to Bucerias. We would stay again!!

Amazing Property in a Great Location with A Great Host!

We traveled to Bucerias with our young kids and met up with more young cousins and adult family. This house was the perfect accommodation for our group - with 3 different pool options plus the beach below - it kept our kids entertained for hours and hours each day, literally. The upper pool was a warm 90 degrees, just perfect for soaking and relaxing and enjoying the amazing view, the hot tub was a hot 104 which felt great for a night soak, the community pools was high 70s which felt great in the heat of the day. Our little kids loved digging in the sand down below and exploring the rocky coves and beach areas for shells and other sea creatures. We traveled into Bucerias a few times to play at a traditional sandy beach with waves and eat at a few restaurants, just a quick 2-3 mile drive from the house. We highly recommend staying here and would certainly choose this house again if we are fortunate enough to return to the area!
