「El personal es muy amable, eso fué muy bueno. Queda en el centro y allí están las tiendas principalmente de artesanías, pues de otras tiendas hay poca oferta en Leticia. Limpieza buena, impecable.No sé si ideal para familias, posiblemente, aunqe no hay ascensor y con bebes generaría dificultades. El desayuno apenas.」

「Outstanding staff and very nice place! The apartments are comfortable and well equipped. The balcony view is green. Very quiet in the morning, though a little far away from dining and parks. I will stay again!」

「Hicimos la reservación a través de expedia y cuando llegamos al hotel no existía nuestra reservación diciendo que ellos no trabajaban con expedia y tampoco buscaron la manera de resolvernos el inconveniente, tuve que tomar mis cosas y salir a buscar otro hotel a donde ir y encima me hicieron esperar más de 3 que según para que me entregaran la habitación y nosotros súper cansados fuimos a recorrer la ciudad y cuando volvimos nos encontramos con esta sorpresa, no recomiendo para nada este...
