"Construction "

"The shower was not very user-friendly. The placement of the shower head made no sense. It was on the back wall which made water go all over the bathroom. The floor also looked like it had gotten flooded at some point probably because of the way the shower was. It was a handicapped shower which made it kinda dangerous when water went all over.The staff was amazing! They were all incredibly nice and friendly!"

"The nice big room is ideal for our family of 5. The staff was super helpful and resourceful. The breakfast was very good as well!"

"I chose not to stay at this faculty and had to book a mother room elsewhere. The furniture was old and stained. The cushion covers zippers were broken and the rest of the furniture was old and worn. The carpet was torn in a couple spots. I stepped on the carpet tack nails. There was a tree air freshener stuck on the return vent of the ac unit and the grille cover had not been cleaned very well. Not as advertised in the ap pics. Wish I could get my points back. "

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. Customer service was top notch. Breakfast had a nice selection of items though the eggs were bland and watery in my opinion. The only real issues were that the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken all week and one side of the bedside outlet was not working. With the amount of electronics used these days, an additional outlet would have been useful. "
