“We had room number eight, an upstairs suite that includes a king size bed, a lounge chair and a small table with two chairs. The room has a charming balcony that overlooks a Koi pond. The bathroom has both a shower and a copper bathtub. The main room also includes a small coffee bar area with sink, for preparing drinks and snacks. A small refrigerator is installed underneath. “La habitación muy bonita, es pequeña, pero agradable, el personal muy amable, buena atención. La única queja es que se escucha mucho el ruido de la gente en los pasillos, lo que podría sugerir es colocar carteles para guardar silencio por respeto a los que ya estamos descansando.”

“Si, al llegar al hotel me dijeron que la reservación solo tenía una habitación con una cama, cuando reservé decía 2 camas matrimoniales y no querían respetar la reservación. Al final nos dieron a entender que hicieron un favor diciendo que para ellos la habitación doble es de 2 personas no de doble cama. Ese no era mi problema sin embargo se la pasaron alegando el tema. Por si fuera poco, a la hora de pagar la habitación no se efectuaba el cobro y dijeron que mi tarjeta estaba bloqueada cuando……

“It is a quaint historical, three storey hacienda that could do with an upgrade. Very limited electrical outlets in the rooms and bedding is quite worn. Location is very good with walking distance to Zocalo, Cathedral,Templo de Santo Domingo and the three vehicle free walking streets of restaurants, shops, bars and bakeries. Be sure to save a lot of time to peruse the artisans markets (100's) around the Templo de Santo Domingo.”
