“Firstly, Darryl, the property manager, does an exceptional job. He didn't just meet us and hand us a key. He personally gave us a tour of all the facilities and included a free Rum Punch at the wonderful TIKI bar on the premises while he gave us tips about the area. He also arranged taxis and a snorkeling trip. He was always available to handle anything we needed. He is the best property manager we've ever had. “Outdated and not very clean. The whole reason I rented this unit was for the jacuzzi which wasn’t filled nor hot. The staff is exceptional, though. Everyone is so nice & accomodating. But for the outrageous price, the room was absolutely not worth half that rate.”
