「Great location, close enough to dip into Chch if wanted, but perfectly positioned to enjoy all North Canterbury has to offer, with wineries, rivers and beaches, a stones through away. Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!」

「Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss.」

「From the time that we set eyes on your cottage we were hooked. The beautiful gardens front and back and the birds eating apples ,,. The atmosphere of the batch was amazing., We cranked up the fire and cooked potatoes so cool; Life as we knew it is still achievable.. 「Beautifully located next to Mt Richardson DOC area with lots of forest walks at your doorstep. The property is huge and great for adventures for little kids (away from screens). The house is warm and beautifully recently decorated. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no internet available and therefore no smart TV access (not necessarily a bad thing but notable). Would love to stay again in the summer months. 」
