More information by the provider: The zum Leist apartment, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, is located in a vacation complex in the Arvenbüel district of Amden on the top floor of a quiet two-story apartment building and is accessible via a staircase. It has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, a spacious living area with a gallery and a large balcony. In total, it offers a generous 110 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people. One underground parking space with access from the staircase is reserved. The ski slope and the diverse hiking area with the Monte Mio mountain restaurant, the Leistkamm café and the Arvenbüel restaurant are right on the doorstep. The village of Amden with the indoor swimming pool and the Volg and Mini Spar grocery stores as well as the Löwen café with a bakery and pastry store can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes or by bus every hour from the next bus stop "Arvenbüel, Arven" (100 m from the apartment). From Amden, the Mattstock chairlift serves as a shuttle to the hiking and skiing area of the same name. The journey from the apartment all the way down into the valley to Weesen and Lake Walen takes about 15 minutes by car and 27 minutes by bus from the bus station. The Amden Weesen vacation region is located in Switzerland in the canton of St. Gallen and impresses with its diversity and extensive range of leisure activities: Leisurely boat trips on Lake Walen, walks along the shore in the Mediterranean microclimate, swimming in the crystal-clear water, the spectacular Seerenbach Falls, family-friendly hikes with adventure playgrounds, impressive viewpoints as well as various via ferrata routes. The welcoming entrance, equipped with a wardrobe and sideboard, leads to three sleeping rooms on the left and right, while straight ahead, the spacious living area with an open kitchen and impressive window front unfolds. A sliding door opens to the sunny balcony, which offers a magnificent view of the mountain panorama, including Amden's "Leistkamm" and "Leist," the highest point of the Flumserberg ski area. The master bedroom features a double bed (200x210 cm), two bedside tables with lamps, a chair for clothes and a large closet, alongside an en-suite bathroom modernly renovated with a toilet, bathtub, shower cabin, a basin with cabinet and a built-in wooden sideboard. The guest room is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and invites star gazing through its darken-able roof window. A wide selection of current books, a large mirror with dressing table, a large wardrobe and various clothing storage options complete the furnishings in this beautiful room. The children's room has a loft bed with a slide (90x200 cm) and a stack bed (80x200 cm) that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) upon request, as well as a large desk and numerous children's and board games. The living area with its comfortable sofa landscape, a rustic fireplace and an open kitchen forms the heart of this beautiful apartment. The gently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with an electric ceramic stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and other amenities for culinary evenings. From the gallery, accessible via a spiral staircase, one enjoys cozy seating areas and two additional stack beds (80x200 cm) expand the sleeping options. A second wet room with toilet, shower and basin complements the well-thought-out room layout. The partially covered balcony with its large table and comfortable seating invites you to relax in the fresh mountain air. The communal sauna and laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer) in the apartment building, along with other amenities such as children's high chairs, a grill and a baby bed on request, promise a carefree stay. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, making the apartment an ideal place for animal lovers, relaxation seekers and families. A reserved underground parking space rounds off the offer.
