Having breakfast on the large terrace overlooking the sea, hanging in the hammock reading a book, cooling down in our own infinity pool or taking a stroll down to the beach and going in for a snorkel. "Blu guesthouse is a delightful bungalow far from the maddening crowd. It is charming, clean property at the edge of Amed and amongst very friendly villagers. This was the perfect place for a solo traveler looking for a peaceful retreat with partial ocean views. The beach is easily accessible via "stairway to heaven" which was about 1.5km away. "I loved my stay here. It was a beautiful space and the staff were so kind. I was able to do a diving trip with them and it was an amazing experience. My one thing I didn’t love was that the bathroom, which is separate from the main room, did have a lot of small ants on the counter. The bathroom was an outside section though so I don’t blame the resort at all, just adding it in as a little warning for people, keep your toiletries in the bedroom with you. "This property is on the most beautiful beach in the area. White sand beach leads to turquoise ocean with snorkelling right off the beach. The staff is warm and welcoming and our deck was 3 feet from the pool which overlooks the ocean a few steps below. It is located in a small quite village with many small restaurant but if you want more action many of the restaurants in Canadista will give you a ride there and back or you can have a driver take you for $4-5."
