“Very beautiful surroundings!”

“Beautiful area with amazing views. There is horseback riding, a swimming pool and a restaurant on the property. Extremely kind and accommodating staff.”

“Gorgeous view of town of Orvieto, a lovely pool and hot tub, and beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast too.”

“Excellent views around the hotel. Like a guest house instead of hotels. ”

“Staff very welcoming. Place is a restaurant and B&B. Wonderful breakfast! Parking convenient. Not a walkable Location l, but very convenient drive to Spoleto. I had a private room off the main house, only issue was the bathroom was dated but still clean and functional. Gorgeous view of the lower valley.”

“Wonderful location. Clean and beautiful room. Staff was welcoming and breakfast was wonderful”

Cena eccellente”

“The pool wasn't open in mid-May, and it would need to be heated if it was open in the spring. Room was clean, staff were helpful. Food was ok, but not as good as other farm house stays. Beautiful scenery, but remote location. Assisi and Montefalco were convenient by car.”

“Good : The view is good ! Bad : The swimming pool is not in function The restaurant is closed When you taking bath , all will be wet in the floor . Cannot speck English , even open time , closing time Not so recommended ”
