「I went there for the first time over Fourth of July weekend and the rooms were dated and not clean. Dishes from previous guests were in our doorway, and remained there overnight and well into our first full day. Add to that we found pubic hair in the bathroom on the floor and when we brought to housekeeping’s attention, they came and cleaned the room but still neglected to take care of the hair. It was foul. One suggestion would be to install towel hanging hooks or rings on the framing wall outside the shower. The shelf above the toilet is a risky spot for towels. The hooks on the door is just enough to hang robes or clothings.」

「Great one night stay! Check-in was quick and smooth and the clerk was super friendly. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped, a/c nice and cool (essential in the FL July heat!), and plenty of parking. There is a nightly parking charge - I think it was $15. Breakfast was pretty good - hot and cold options (bacon was really good, packaged pastries were pretty good). It's a quick walk to the beach and there is a great skate park just out the back door. The listing made it look like you were staying in a building with direct beach access, and instead we were shoved in what looked like rundown apartments a mile back in the woods because these “Villas” were actually privately owned buildings that were separate from the REAL hotel in the pictures besides shared access to amenities on property. I didn’t book a “resort on the beach” to have to drive a mile from my unit to a parking garage and then lug all my beach bags on...

Dislike people being allowed to smoke right outside their room, which is also, right outside their neighbor's room, too. Almost always had to pass through smoking entering or leaving room. Consequently, Will not stay there again.」
