“Requested a handicap room.They say they couldn't change it . Assistant manager very rude and so was the maintenance guy our TV did not work so we waited around for about an hour then finally went downstairs and yes if they'd fix it and the guy said that he was too busy he'll get to it when he can. The room was just terrible I I am handicapped and I told them I could not step over in the tub but they wouldn't change it I knew they can cuz my wife used to beat it a gentleman manager for Marriott……

"We stayed at a historic hotel near Pikes Peak, and it truly felt like stepping back in time. The property is full of vintage charm and classic character. While the atmosphere has an old-fashioned feel, everything — from the surroundings and room cleanliness to the attentive service — made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily return again. The nearby Old Town area is unique and full of character, perfect for strolling and exploring. Our favorite spot was Manitou Brewing Company, where we enjoyed a fantastic Bingo night and made some great memories."
