I didn't like every-other-day maid service, or the fact that there was no pen or paper in the room. I, and everyone else in America HATE the shampoo and soap bolted to the wall. The coffee in the room was convenient and good.

Easy to get to things but I have never stayed in a Hampton Inn that seemed like wood floors. We heard everyone above us -- the walking, talking. Also, housekeeping was hollering down the hall in Spanish to each other at 8 am. Also, I stayed several days and after my room was serviced, it smelled like the housekeeper had serviced my room after going on a smoke break.

The beds we’re comfortable, bathtub was actually usable and not comically small like most hotels, and it was nice and clean. Also like Hilton Hotels!
