"Really nice property, very nice rooms and the bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is really nicely upgraded. My one take away is that the rooms are not very quiet, they definitely cheapes out on the soundproofing on the walls because you can hear your neighbors."

Located within walking distance of downtown Northampton and Smith College, the location couldn’t be better. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. "We booked late and arrived around 11pm. The woman working at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and did a great job explaining the amenities and times of availability. The suite had the right occupancy for our family of five. The price was reasonable and the location was near the interstate and other businesses like Dunkin. Breakfast was great and late enough when considering check out time. We'd stay again."

"Excellent experience especially that we could bring our dog. Only negative event was trying to retrieve a phone charger left in room 424 a few hours after check out. Front desk staff was not very responsive to trying to retrieve it as housekeeping had left for the day and offered zero recourse for searching for it. Very disappointing and not helpful. "
