"We were very disappointed with the room condition. The ceiling of our room was not finished & it looked terrible. I just don’t understand why they had us stay in an unfinished room! Very disappointing considering how much we spent on this room. "

"Fairly Basic - Close to Smith and walking distance to downtown. Staff were pleasant. I would have liked to be able to make hot water in the room, but they do have a nice area inside the main lobby to find snacks and warm up water."

"The property was clean except for my shower door did not close so water leaked onto the floor. I brought this up to the staff. I was there for three weeks. Nothing was done. Most of the staff was very friendly. There was a few that did not even say hi after I did. The worst thing was the noise at night. I’m not sure if people live full-time at this hotel but I heard doors slamming, and people talking in the hallways between 1 and 4 AM which made it hard sometimes to sleep Otherwise, the continental breakfast was good the lady and a gentleman who work it were very nice and friendly. I travel for business. I did feel safe there, which was good."

"We had such a wonderful weekend in the yurt! Carolyn was so friendly and welcoming, giving us the tour upon arrival so we knew where to find everything we needed. The yurt was such a magical space, plenty cozy and warm even in the cold March weather. We may just have to come back!"
