「The room was clean and there was heat, which are about the only positive things about our stay. Room was extremely dated, The bed was horribly uncomfortable and loud, creaking so badly with any movement that it was hard to sleep soundly. Curtains were hard to use, towels were threadbare and frayed and the water pressure in the shower was so weak it was hard to get the shampoo out of hair. Overall, not an enjoyable stay.」

「Great front desk staff. Property and rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and close to stores.
Breakfast was standard continental style. Coffee was not great, but it comes out of a pre-programmed machine and we are picky coffee people so keep that in mind.
Would stay here again if we were in the area.」

「I am a physician, and I travel frequently for work in NS. I was working the weekend in Amherst and decided to book my stay at the Comfort Inn. I arrived at the hotel around 2 pm with my bags, etc and went to the front desk to check in. The woman at the front desk, Rhonda, looked at me and said, "Check-in is at 3 pm," and then proceeded to ignore me completely. I was so put off by her that I looked for another property to stay. Unfortunately, I would be charged for the first night if I did not...

We'll bring Nescafe Vertuo pods and cream to start the day on the patio.
My partner had a meeting at the university so I was forced to relax, rest, and read the day away in paradise.
