“There were no staff, it was self check in and there was coffee, water, juice and yogurt in the common area. The bagged “lunch” was in your room, it had an apple, orange, banana bread, chocolate chip muffin, small granola bar and a krispie crunch. The website did not say that the restaurant was not open 7 days per week. It is an easy walk to the grocery stores and local restaurants. “The building itself was lovely, and the decor was beautiful. We stayed in the Sunrise suite and were surprised at JUST how how open the door plan was - there was no partition whatsoever between bedroom and bathroom, and had a full view of toilet and shower from our bed. This would be a lovely room for a single person, but an awkward setup for two people, as there was no privacy for bathroom use. “We were met at the B&B by Mike, one of the two friendly owner/hosts, a lovely couple from South Africa. He made my husband and I feel welcome and at ease after a difficult drive through very heavy rain. We discussed Parrsboro, the theatre that night, eating as plant based vegans. Mike was knowledgeable, positive and immediately told us not to worry he'd have breakfast ready at their usual 08:30 to 09:30 time.
