The Reception staff were very friendly & helpful, all of them spoke English to a good level. The rooms were made up promptly & to a high standard. There was some external noise in the morning caused by building work which was annoying but not the Hotel's fault. Once the works are completed the Hotel will have no issues. I fully recommend it.

The rooms was modern, clean and comfortable. Reception staff didn’t seem to helpful supporting on solutions to securely park a couple of motorcycles out of the way so had to use multiple locks, however, I should have checked this out first before booking! Other than that, it’s walking distance (15 mins) to town centre.

I booked 3 rooms for the nights of 28 May and 10 June. The night of 28 May was fine and the hotel was adequate for our needs. However, on arrival on 10 June after being on the road for 9 hours, the hotel had no notification of our booking. They were able to find us one room and another 2 rooms in the nearby Moxy hotel 400m away. This caused us a great deal of inconvenience and hassle which we did not need at he end of a very long journey. It appears that the hotel had not been informed by yourselves of our booking which had been made several months ago. This level of service from yourselves is quite unacceptable.

Zimmer etwas klein. Leider keine pflanzliche Milch zum Frühstück. Betten ok und sauber auch ok. Ca 12 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Praktisch und OK, gerade wenn man nur zu zweit reist und nur übernachtet. Mit Hund war es im ,3 Bett Zimmer etwas eng. Alles ok.

This is a decent little hotel, and excellent value for the price. My only complaint is that it's farther from the train station and cathedral than it looks on the map, in a neighborhood that I would classify as just okay.
