    In the heart of an authentic house from the 1930s completely renovated, we offer you a pretty T2 apartment of 23m2 located 50 meters from the Maison Des Hortillonnages, an emblematic place in the city of Amiens.

    Located on the first floor, the property is composed of a bedroom with a 160cm bed, an equipped kitchen area, a living room, a bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and separate toilet.

    The house is a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral, the city center, the train station as well as the festive district of Saint-Leu and the Quai Belu.

    To complete your stay, there is nothing like a short walk in the Saint-Pierre park and the Towpath.

This property is compact but has everything needed for a short stay. The ability to purchase a parking spot behind the property for minimal cost was a huge bonus. It is very well situated and close walking to lots of restaurants and the Amiens Notre Dame Cathedral. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Un joli appartement proche du centre ville. Dommage que les emplacements pour se garer en bas de la résidence soient payants mais heureusement nous avons trouvé non loin une place gratuite.Merci pour ce beau séjour à Olivier, très accueillant.

Sojourn in Amiens

This was a perfect start for us for a couple of nights on the way back home to the UK. The apartment was perfect for our needs and exactly as described. Close to the centre of town for access to all of the amenities. The private parking space was also most welcome.

Sehr kleines aber feines Appartment

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartments sind sehr gut. Man ist sehr schnell in Downtown, kann aber an der Somme auch sehr schnell mit dem Fahrrad die Stadt verlassen. Ein großer Park schräg gegenüber rundet das Paket ab. Das Appartment liegt an einer großen Haupstraße, die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist allerdings sehr gut! Kleine Abschlussbemerkung: Die Grundfläche ist wirklich nur für zwei Personen ausreichend. Selbst eine kleine Matratze für unsere Säuglinge fand nur in der Wphnlüche Platz (:

Great location - everywhere is in easy walking distance including the Hortillonges (very close) and Cathedral. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Lovely stylish decor.

Parfait!

Location impeccable. Literie excellente, salle de douche très bien conçue. Coin salon et cuisine sobre mais avec ce qu'il faut. Parking privé prévu dans la rue en face, très appréciable! Location à 10 minutes de marche du centre ville et à côté des Hortillonnages et du chemin de hallage. Situation top! La seule chose qu'il faudrait peut-être changer dans la chambre "Les canaux" c'est le petit canapé, il n'est pas vraiment confortable et très petit.
