“Out of the city, infested with pegions, rooms are dated with old keys, floors squeak, NO HOT WATER! Maintenance told me that you have to keep the water running for 5-6 minutes before hot water will finally arrive. And I was being charged an arm and a leg for staying here! On the plus side, the pool and garden are quite beautiful and the place looks like an old palace from the outside.”

“May be good place for destination wedding, but not for resort outing. Nothing much to do apart from Swimming Pool. Though Pool is great. Games are not well maintained. Food options are limited and okay.(Not matching to 5 star category, not even 4 star.) Building is very neat and clean. Delayed housekeeping service. May be because of long weekend rush.”

“This property is next to Hilton hotel near the highway in Kukas. It's a small hotel/motel with small rooms, no lift for higher floor, no concierge services etc. (as you might see in description). Also, don't go by the pictures or the video or even by the name, as it is not at all a 'palace'. ”

“Beautifully maintained heritage property ! Comfortable room and amenities .( Only negative point was lack of hot water in the evening so on late arrival we had to have cold showers ! )Very good service from the staff. We enjoyed our stay very much . Wish we could have stayed longer . ”

From turn down services to rose petals strewn bath drawn, from curtains drawn to cushy slippers laid out on bed sides, every need was well perceived and provided. This boutique hotel will win your heart. The staff is most courteous and discreet. You will never know they are there but one hesitant look on your face, and a helping hand will appear before you. The food was impeccable and just the right temperature……

“Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel). ”
