No podía estar mejor

Pros: great location across the street from Roman Theater and restaurants, shops, etc. We were upgraded to a bigger room for our stay. Cons: the property is generally very run down and could do with new sheets, towels, etc. The room felt dusty and floors needed to be mopped. The shower head fixture was broken and fell off, water when everywhere on the floors when in use.

The pictures and the property do not match. I’m not one that bothers seeking out 5* hotels, but I at least expect my room to look like the picture. It did not. And on top of that, they “upgraded” us…. Which was definitely worse than the picture. I should have complained, but at least it was cheap and I don’t go on vacations to stay at hotels. They rest of the trip was absolutely amazing!

Pretty good - give it a go!

There are some really bad reviews of this property - and it's easy to see why. So, so many things required maintenance or fixing that are just left as they are. In our room alone there was a broken shower head, broken shower support thing, broken lock, and a couple other smaller things. But the positives outweigh the negatives. Great breakfast, great location, and super friendly service all made up for the few inconveniences in the room. Plus the view was spectacular!
