“Five stars for hose. Chris is such a great person. He helped us with our luggage’s and explain everything to us, gave us some excellent suggestions for dining. The room is a little small for the price but I can understand it they only rent out is nigh season and for the location the price is fair. It is also best for sunset as it is only 5 mins away from the famous Caldera.”

“It’s a perfect accommodation!! I can’t even think of any imperfect part. Good location in the main street but not in the most noisy part. All staffs there are friendly with a sincere smile and response to my request rapidly anytime. She also helped me to reserve for sunset restaurant which the table are all in the best view. The view is amazing and the hotel is tidy and clean. The breakfast is perfect includes so many options and tasty. Will definitely choose this hotel next time when I come……

“We stayed here in 2019 and had an amazing experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The hotel was not nearly as clean as we remembered, and the room lacked many of the thoughtful touches and treats that made our first stay feel special. What disappointed me the most was an interaction with the front desk. I was taking a photo in front of a room with a beautiful view that happened to be vacant, and an employee came over to tell me I wasn't……

“漂亮的火山海景，房間整體算乾淨。只是步行比較麻煩，梯級比較多，但也因為這樣所以不會有其他觀光客經過，很安靜的環境。房主友善，願意在checkout後幫忙保管行李。唯一覺得可以改善的是如果廁所再亮一點就更好。”

“A good place overall and very well located. The staff is very helpful. The views are -of course, insane and so beautiful. The jacuzzi is sort of nice to have. The only inconvenience inside this Unit was the location of the beds in their "bedroom". You have to climb a ladder (sort of dangerous) to get to the bedrooms. In summer time (when we went) was really HOT because the A/C works fine but the cool air stays down and the hot air stays up were the beds are. Not good when is that hot.”
