"Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. "The hotel lobby smelled like garbage, almost puked everytime I walked through it. The whole hotel was were dirty, our beds were uncomfortable. Rooms also smelled like garbage. There were cockroaches in our bathroom. Staff woke us up in the morning because they thought we would check out that day. Also had problems with checking in. The only good thing was that the mrt station was close."

"Great value in a nice quiet location (Pudu) not too far from the center. The hotel is surrounded by amazing food - only 3 minutes walk from the train station and the "Times Square" area is about a 10 minute walk away. The room itself was great for the price and there is a beautiful infinity pool on the rooftop! I'm very happy I stayed here. The check-in and check-out process was quick and painless.
