“The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk.
Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have……

“Very unique place. The location and view were perfect. The 4 flights of stairs were brutal. They have a plumbing issue going on and there was a very bad smell coming from the drains. We covered the drains with towels to dampen the stench. My wife and I had the main bedroom and daughter had the loft bedroom which was nice. A 5 minute walk to Rembrandt square were all the restaurants and bars are located and tram stop.”

“I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”
