You get what you pay for. Good location, one station with subway to the central station. Okay if you only plan to sleep there. Happy and helpful staff.

It was good for big groups, and you can buy some food. Be careful with the big mosquitoes (You bring some sort)

Unfortunately due to the restaurant next door the whole room smelt of curry including our sheets. The bathroom was mouldy and felt unclean. The bed was really comfortable When we walk our room a rat was in the room next to us which freaked us out and ruined our last night

This property was very run down. The toilet and shower were very sketchy. The ceiling leaked in the rain. There were no towels or toiletries. However the beds comfy and we were able to store our bikes inside. Location was excellent for riding into the city central.

Allocated room on 2nd floor. Being 79yo and not offered assistance to carry two 24kg travel bags up very steep staircase was a bad start. Floor of room was dirty. Should be better when the renovations are finished.

This flat is usefull, if all you want is sleep after a partynight. Beds were not really clean and the blankets were not enough. No towels, but our bad. No soap no or handtowels in the bath either. Didnt even stay the night, as we like to spend some time in our room on a travel and chill. This was not inviting and the heater was impressively loud. And constant. Again, I recommend to be drunk and tired to sleep here. A different room was apparently offered, but the whole house is so spooky and everything was extremly ..used. Ive stayed at better 40€/night accommodation before, no refunds either.

Cheap but generally bad

- This is not hostel but guest house - think about it as cheap airbnb - The check in and check out went smoothly - Cleanness was basically bad with rats running through my room during night - It was very cold there, windows in room weren't providing any insulation at all

The manager made us pay an additional amount although I had the full receipt from you (Expedia). In addition, he asked us to pay another additional amount for keeping our luggage for 2 hours until the check-in although I called him the previous night and he didn't mention it.

DON'T STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst hotel experience of my life. Upon check in at the Kebab Shop (don't ask), we were taken to a neighbouring building, a building being used to house carwash workers. We were then taken through the workers living room, through scary corridors, into a dump of a room. Toilets/showers were disgusting, with used razors being left around, along with other gross toiletries. We knew this was one of the cheaper places to stay but I can't believe how bad it really was. It was like a saw movie and nothing like the images you're seeing on the advert. We checked in at 11pm and therefore had no option but to stay one night. We checked out early next morning and the owner is refusing to refund us. DON'T STAY HERE.

Properties in our price range were very limited during this period, and so I felt fortunate to have found this listing. I was wrong. I felt misled by the listing. I was under the impression that by renting the entire room that we would have our own dedicated bathroom and shower. We did not. The "restaurant" mentioned was not open at anytime during our stay, nor did it appear to have been open anytime recently. The "laundry access" was a open-air kiosk a block away. Our room was cramped and hot, and did not cool well with the one fan provided. There were two chairs in the room, and one small knee-height table, not nearly enough for a 6-bed room. Lastly, there were hairs in the bed prior to us using them. ...I will say that the fridge operated well, and there were two grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. I would not rent here again.

Correct

Conforme à la description. Cependant, le ménage dans la salle de bain n’a pas été fait sur les 4 jours où nous sommes restées, qui était commune à 2 autres chambres, donc vraiment pas très propre. La chambre était très bien, mais il manquait un drap à mettre sous la couverture. Attention aux moustiques, nous nous sommes fait énormément piquées, même avec répulsif, dès que la fenêtre était ouverte (environ 10 à 15 moustiques la première nuit), suggestion d’installer des moustiquaires. Le monsieur a l’accueil était très agréable, rue calme et emplacement qui nous comptait environ 20 minutes jusqu’au centre d’Amsterdam donc très bien.

Anmeldelse af hotelophold Jeg er desværre nødt til at udtrykke min utilfredshed med vores seneste ophold på dette hotel. Oplevelsen var alt andet end behagelig og langt fra hvad vi havde forventet. For det første var dynerne urene og lugtede grimt. Det var ikke bare en lille ubehagelig lugt – det var så slemt, at vi næsten ikke kunne holde ud at bruge værelset. Derudover fandt vi myg og fluer både i dynerne og bagved gardinerne. Min søn blev bidt flere gange af myggene og havde flere stik på kroppen, hvilket gjorde natten ubehagelig for ham. Madrasserne var heller ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Det føltes som om, vi lå direkte på sengens bund uden nogen form for komfort fra madrasserne. Dette resulterede i en meget dårlig nattesøvn for os alle. Rummets indretning var også skuffende. Der var ingen spejl og ur, hvilket vi havde forventet som en del af basisfaciliteterne. Det lille sidebord, der var i værelset, var desuden grimt og næsten i stykker. Det gav indtrykket af dårlig vedligeholdelse og manglende omsorg for gæsternes komfort. Alt i alt var vores ophold præget af manglende hygiejne, ubehagelige sovemiljøer og dårlige faciliteter. Vi havde ingen andre muligheder end at blive, men vi var meget utilfredse og vil ikke anbefale dette hotel til andre. Vi håber virkelig, at ledelsen tager denne feedback til sig og gør noget ved de alvorlige mangler.

Un poco acorde con el precio, pero si el personal fuese más atento, estaría mucho mejor, al llegar hay que llamar para que vengan a hacerte el Check in y entre que llamas y llega a alguien a atenderte puede transcurrir entre 30 min y una hora… es buen sector a solo 30 min caminando del centro de Ámsterdam y a unos 20min caminando de la estación central de Amsterdam, lo incomodo del alojamiento fue el el baño de ducha que no tiene cortinas y el baño W/C que está separado del otro, pero es muy chico, una persona que mida más de 175 de alto no entra en el W/C…
