Such a nice location to explore, central but quiet and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there but it smelled lovely. No hesitation at all in recommending, especially if you want to enjoy Amsterdam from a calm, less crowded spot.

Reservation for 4 nights. The room was on the 2nd floor facing the street. Very nice view of children's park and lots of trees. Quiet during the week. The breakfast was great- lots of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The Museumplein station, Van Gogh museum, Stedelijk Museum and both Blushing (great for breakfast & lunch) and The Burger Room (fantastic burgers) were within a 3 minute walk. The room was very large and comfortable and there was a coffee maker and kettle in the room with coffee pods & tea. Stairs to get into hotel, but an elevator once inside. Highly recommend.

We loved this hotel. It was quiet, incredibly located, comfortable bed, and had the nicest staff. We are currently in a miserable hotel in The Hague, wishing we had made it a day trip, and just stayed longer at Fita. Highly recommended

I really loved the hotel. The room was exactly as in the pictures and all the amenities as described. The hotel and the room are super clean. The location is great, so close to several museums.

Loved the location. Everything we wanted wanted to do, Anne Frank House, Museums and Canal Boat Tours (We highly recommend Sebis Boat Tour) was within a 5 to 40 minute walk.

The desk agents were very helpful and pleasant. The room was surprisingly large. It does have an elevator although very small and typical for a building that is old and retrofitted to a hotel. It is very convenient to the surface tram. Bit of noise coming from the school yard across the street but we were gone all day so it didn’t bother us except for the day we sleeted in to recover from jet leg. I would stay again.

Home away from home in Amsterdam

We picked Hotel Fita to be close to Van Gogh Museum! The Hotel Fita was fabulous on several fronts! Very cute remodeled building, delicious full breakfast available and above all a wonderful friendly staff! We highly recommend this hotel.
