A welcoming and comfortable stay in Amsterdam

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was impressive and welcome to have the staff reach out before our arrival to confirm when we would arrive and the check in process. The breakfast was a great opportunity to start the day when headed out for adventures into the city. There was always someone around to help with an issues or questions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location in the city was nice. Finally, I would stay again and highly recommend to people.

Very walkable to every attractions 10-15 minutes, EVERY staff was very friendly. Like the coziness rather than the commercialize hotel. Very clean too.

Lovely hotel brilliantly situated close to all attractions and eateries in Amsterdam. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Would recommend for singles, couples and friends looking for single, double or triple rooms. Hotel cat (Jacky) also very cute.

This is a lovely hotel with a great location. Walkable to museums and lots of restaurants and cafes. Also right on the tram line to get anywhere else in the city. The lobby is an adorable cafe with coffee always available and friendly staff. We didn’t get the breakfast but it looked good and was a great price. Wine and beer for purchase was a nice bonus too. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely friendly staff!! Excellent breakfast. Rooms are small but functional and beautifully decorated. Parking is not available but hotel staff pointed out several options. The tram stops right in front of it. We traveled as a family and booked two rooms for five. Location is fantastic! Museums, city center and park all walkable. I would definitely book again

Even though we had the room at the top, (I know!) the hotel gave us free drinks to celebrate such effort! The cat decoration and double-entendre ambience is lovely. Feels both boheme and chic. Finally, we had to arrive really late and the hotel helped us check in digitally. Amazing service. Would book again!

We spent three nights at this hotel and we loved it. The staff is very friendly, there's free coffee on premise and a cute cat to look at when taking that coffee. It is also well located in Amsterdam, near most of the popular attractions. There's no elevator and the stairs are steep, that was not a problem for us but it is to consider. Overall we highly appreciated our stay and would not hesitate to come back here if we pass by Amsterdam again!

It's a great little hotel. The breakfast is very good -- although the dining room is small and can get crowded. You can catch a bus to the airport five minutes down the road. Everything is walkable, if you're fit. Vondelpark is really close and so are the museums. The triple we had was pretty basic, but nice. No air conditioning, but we didn't care, but you might if there is a heat wave. The stairs are as steep as a ladder -- if you're older or not nimble, this might not be the place for you.

Not so friendly staff at check-in. Didn’t feel like he wanted to be there. Staff at checkout better. No air conditioning just a fan. This made me quite ill. The rooms are stuffy and walls paper thin. Rooms are very clean.
