「Spacious 2 bedroom with a full fridge, stovetop, microwave and sink. Remember to bring your own cooking ware and dishes if you plan to cook! Bathroom was really nicely updated. Room was overall clean (couple of dusty corners). No AC if that’s something you need (but Anacortes is a very mild climate so we enjoyed having the windows open). Great location especially to get to the ferry to the San Juan’s.」
「It’s an aging facility, but it seemed clean and had all we needed. Coffee, shampoo, etc. At least one electrical outlet didn’t seem to work and there was a floor lamp that I couldn’t find a switch for so I couldn’t use it. It’s pretty close to an area with several restaurants which was handy and walkable.」
「The hosts gave us the room and code for a remote check in when our train kept getting later and later.
The decor is simple and very cute. It was hard to get an Uber late at night from the train station in Mt Vernon. Best bet is to try both Uber and Lift but we did wish we’d just rented a car as we would have explored the area more.」
「The people were all great!! The only negative is the bathroom vanity is small but can be made to work. We stay in many hotels and this was a great find!!」

「It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. 」
「Breakfast was bagels, muffins, toast and cereal. There were two waffle machines and one was broken. No juice. No milk. Stuff for toppings for oatmeal but no oatmeal. We ended up going to a restaurant to eat because it was very unappealing. Hardly worth $200 a night. It's a renovated motel. Nice inside but we could have stayed somewhere way nicer for that much money. Not impressed.」
