"Das kleine Häuschen steht auf dem Grund einer ehemaligen Landwirtschaft. Ist mitten im "Nichts" und sehr idyllisch gelegen. Der riesige Garten und der Pool können jederzeit mit benutzt werden. "This is a beautiful, private home central to many adventures in Italy. We were able to travel to Rome, Pompeii, the beaches near Pescara all within easy day trips. We even could relax at home for a day. This home allowed us to be flexible, spontaneous, and have control over our schedule. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly."

"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. "We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go.
