Maximum Occupancy: 15 individuals total, including infants (10 adults max). Adding guests after the initial booking incurs an additional guest fee.
Minimum Stay: 3 nights
Parking / Max Vehicles: 3 vehicles max in driveway only (fits 2 minivans + 1 standard). Must not block the sidewalk. No parking on public streets. RVs and trailers are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game rooms, etc.) are off-limits during this time.
Guests must comply with all city requirements; violations may result in fines, civil actions, or criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to decline requests that leave 2-day gaps in the calendar.
Rental Agreement: Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. A pre-arrival email with the property address and a unique door code will be sent ~2 weeks before arrival.
Reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
Check-ins/check-outs on major holidays may incur additional cleaning fees.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
All reservations are subject to a $500–$700 STR Rules Deposit hold, which is only charged if house rules are violated.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require extra screening, background checks, and proof of payment.
