Woke up 12:30 to next door noise. Security was quick to respond to my complaint. Security knocked nicely several times before knocking hard. Neighbors were loud so couldn't hear knock. Miguel was so helpful. We arrived hours early before check in time. He was able to accommodate us before sunrise so we were able to take a nap before rope Fri at Disneyland.

Stayed one night. For the price you get a decent stay. I wouldn’t say comfortable or exactly the cleanest place. I found hair balls on the ground in the corners of the room. The floor did look recently swept so it could have just been a missed spot. There were stains on one of the bed sheets. We just went to the front to ask for clean sheets to change. Not too bad but it was loud outside with cop sirens and loud cars from the freeway and busy street. Overall if I had to stay again I would if I needed a budget stay for ONE night.

Front Desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Self-checkout convenience store has limited items and is more expensive than Disneyland down the street. Easy walk to Disneyland. Housekeeping is nearly non-existent, though. In my 6-day stay, I think they came into our room half the time. Still a good value for the price.

Air conditioning was not working well. I asked to change rooms because it was a hot weekend, but the staff would not accommodate. I saw plenty of empty rooms, so there should not have been a problem.

We booked with Expedia and were told our room was what was available because it was through Expedia. I kid you not it’s like they save the worst room just for that. Our room looked and felt dirty. Hardly any furniture. Not even a bathroom counter. Had to use an ironing board for everything. No suitcase holder so big stuff had to sit on the dirty floor. Our shower was broken. The handheld shower head wouldn’t stay up and wouldn’t lock in place. My husband had to tie a hand towel around it to make it work. Tub kept backing up and warm water was sparse. Our fire alarm went off at 3am for no reason. Once the toilet started leaking water my husband went to complain. They moved us to a room that was so much nicer than the dump we were staying in. The lobby reeked of weed. It was so strong the smell wafted into our room that was just around the corner from the lobby. The floors were gross. Baseboards weren’t even sealed. Water sprinkler in the bathroom was covered in rust. Also had to pay to park on site.
