The door looked like someone had previously broken in with a crow bar. The bathroom was really dirty. It had hardened contact lenses stuck to the floor, hair on the floor, dirt on the shelves where the towels were stored…the bed and main area seemed clean which is what really matters I suppose. The guy who checked us in was very friendly though.

Beds were good. Shower water pressure is weak. The grounds around and in the hotel are dirty and run down. The pool looks nice but we never went in. You could hear a bit of talking in the rooms next to us. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It was a decent stay, the only thing I really didn’t like was being told while paying, is that there’s a $50 parking fee. I have never stayed at any motel or Hotel that I had to pay extra to park my car. It should be stated on Expedia while booking the room if this is their policy.

Sucks they no longer offer free parking, that was one of the reasons we always chose this hotel. I was not aware they allow animals and the room beside us had a barking dog all night and early in the morning so that wasn’t fun. Other than that, everything was fine.

I’ve stayed before in a “standard” room. This was supposed to be a “deluxe” room which we thought included a small table and two chairs. Instead it appears they just remove one bed and that’s what makes it deluxe? Or maybe it’s location because it was on the first floor? The bathroom walls were dirty. I wiped a spot off on the wall near the door and then the whole wall was noticeable. I also just mopped the whole floor with the bath mat after my shower as it was visibly filthy. The sink (was dirty) had no water pressure at all and the shower had to run for about 5 minutes to get any warm water. (The sink never did get warm water) the bathroom fan did not work which is likely why the walls were streaky and the ceiling has orange spots from condensation. The bed had sheets with a stain under the little coverlet strip they use for decor. (And someone else’s hair and crumbs in the sheets) there was visible dust on the lamp. if this was my first visit I’d never stay again. I have stayed in a second floor room before that was clean and better arranged. It appears current housekeeping swaps out towels and straightens the beds and empties trash but they don’t necessarily change bedding between guests and don’t clean anything unless it’s pointed out to them? The location is good for walking to the parks and a great outlet mall, lots of food options nearby and the area around the hotel was clean and fairly quiet at night (3 nights) the front desk employees were great.
