The hosts where as good as it gets; we were even taken for a night excursion to see glow worms, kuras, cave wetas, native fish and slugs!!! 「A very well setup cosy place with some well thought out renovations. We loved the location and view across the inlet to the ranges and the birdsong when we woke up in the morning. The setting is amazing, on a spit tucked in amongst the Totara.」

「We absolutely loved our stay here! Being right on the beach was amazing. The house is really comfortable with everything you need for cooking etc. loved how big the bedroom is and ensuite was a real bonus. So great to have had a house where our dogs can be with us too! Just perfect!」

「Our stay was incredible.lovely home with everything we could need. Wonderful communication with the host and the best spot. 1 min walk to the most incredible estuary and beach. Surrounded by bush and bird song but so close to Collingwood for supplies :) will be back again!」

「Looks great online but the reality was quite a disappointment. The cabin was not as well appointed as I had thought given the cost, all a bit cheap and plasticky. The floor was sort of buckled and uneven in places and as such the door was a challenge to close. The container got quite hot as the weather was so good, but there was no air conditioning and no fly screens, so opening the windows meant I had to contend with some big bugs late at night (moths and cicadas).
