“Hello i have book deluxe double room. Everything is perfect. Staff person is very good.rohit and ajamal is very helpful person.everthing is perfect.one day only trouble in hot water.hot water is come in 6 to 8am and eveni g 7.30 to 9.30 pm . In this room nocellong fan avaible. So when hot weather in munnar it is terrible. So when you plan keep in mind. Lift facility is good.if your budhet is high book galaxy suite room.everything is perfect. I am happy .thx you so much .and bus stand and all……

“Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. “3 star category hotel. Executive room ok. No minibar. Charge USD 872for 2days for 3 room is quite high. For travel agencies room Rate very less. But I have paid USD 872. Not value for money. Worth of maximum USd 500/- That is the maximum charge could be paid. Normal executive room rate rupees 5000 That means USD 70 dollar per day ”
