Coziness oozes out of every room - relax with a cup of tea - peruse our book collection - giant leather couch cuddled up with fleece blankets. Twinkly lights and blackout curtains in each room - lull you to sleep. You'll find all your basic needs have been anticipated. Kitchen is fully stocked and beautiful butcher block countertops and dining table island give it a modern feel. Across the street work out at the local rec center. 5 minute drive to downtown. 15 minute drive from the airport.

Very pretty apartment, comfortable and clean, well situated to get to many things in Anchorage, very comfortable beds, good parking, lovely lilac bushes in yard, good communication with owners. Also a great value, even during the summer when prices for accommdations are typically high.

It was a great location and very comfortable. The only complaint would be every night there was loud tapping or clanking of pipes or something from about 2-4am. Everything else was great! We had a really great stay!

Great space, close to historic downtown

Our family really enjoyed our 3-night stay. Great layout, 3 bedrooms, each with a full-size bed allowed everyone to have their own private space while enjoying family time in the living room. Open plan with kitchen was perfect for preparing a few meals while conversing. Terrific modern gas stove and appliances in the kitchen were a plus and it was stocked with everything you'd need. It's the full downstairs of a two-level home with a private access door down a few steps. Reserved off street parking spaces were nice but also close enough to old town Anchorage that you could walk downtown in about 25 minutes. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of nice little touches—plenty of towels, comfy bedding, extra pillows, a coffee maker and electric hot water kettle for tea made it feel like home. Would stay again, a good value. Host was responsive and very helpful, accommodating.

I liked the property because it was very comfortable for our party of 6 people. It did not feel cramped but open, and plenty of window light. The kitchen and cooking area was great with plenty of room to work in and modern appliances. The property is nicely located to dining, downtown, groceries, and hi-ways. I would consider staying there again!

Comfy home

The couch is VERY comfortable. The rooms are large and the communication and entry into the home were easy to follow. The location is great for exploring Anchorage and getting to the airport.
