I loved this property our stay was amazing.
This home is so beautiful. It was super clean. Very comfortable and had plenty of the little extras we needed to make us comfortable. All communication with the property manager was amazing, fast and thorough. I would definitely suggest using this rental.

Cozy Home Away from Home
I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. I was visiting Anchorage to watch my son in an athletic competition. We had two adults in our party and the home was perfect for us (but certainly could have accommodated more people). The home was perfectly clean and organized. It had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and ideally located for our activities. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Lynette was wonderful to work with. An ideal host!

Lovely, clean, comfortable home
The house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. The house was comfortable and setup with everything that we needed for a winter stay. Close to shops, and trails (XC skiing). We would happily stay again and would recommend it. Excellent communication throughout by the host.

Very clean and comfortable.
This property is a great place to stay. I cannot say enough about it. My traveling campions and I were very comfortable in this beautiful townhouse. It was super clean. Owner was very obliging and the instructions for everything were well conveyed. It was conveniently located for us. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We will stay here again when we come back to Alaska. : )

Comfortable, clean, homey feel
We really appreciate the privilege of staying in Lynette's lovely townhouse. It was exceptionally clean, well-stocked and comfortably roomy for the three of us. Location is good, with quick access to major routes, a plus if interested in day trips to the mountains or towns like Seward and Whittier. Lynette is an excellent host and quick to answer questions. The little touches in the home - snacks, coffee, laundry soap - were very much appreciated. Her welcome book is thorough and an excellent resource. Can tell Lynette cares about her guests. Good base on the south side
Clean & well decorated. Tons of vehicles in the cul-de-sac location, which makes it look less than wonderful, but we had no issues with noise or anything odd; never felt remotely concerned. Saw a moose right by the road a stone's throw away from the house (and her calf back in the woods behind her). Just used this house as a base for exploring the area and everything we wanted to see ended up being south of Anchorage, so the south-side location was great (not that Anchorage is a huge city). We only had 3 folks total, so the one shower wasn't a problem. Happy with the house!

Feels like home
Nice place to stay, very comfortable, hosts thought of everything! I appreciate no fragrance on the bed sheets as I'm allergic. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home in a central location
This clean, beautiful, well appointed duplex in a quiet cul-de-sac was perfect for us all. It’s centrally located - 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the mountains, 5 minutes to the store. The high chair, pack-n-play and stroller were perfect for the 1 yr old. Great hostess too, with easy check in and out.

Excellent choice!!
From beginning to end, this home is an ideal location. It is in a nice community. The lock is secure, and we never felt unsafe. Immaculately clean, and I don’t say this lightly. Well supplied with items that I hadn’t brought along, like a hair dryer & sewing kit. The owner’s guidance was very helpful for activity planning. Behind the back fence, a moose meandered by one day! 100% enthusiastic review! Thank you Lynette for a wonderful stay!

Perfect quiet place to stay, with all access to Anchorage
This was a wonderful place to stay for our family on our trip to Anchorage during the winter. It was 15 minutes away from downtown Anchorage with a direct drive on the Seward Highway. Many restaurants were available within five minutes of the house and it was so quiet in the small cul-de-sac that it’s located in. The beds were soft and comfortable end the house had all the amenities you could ever need. The hosts were amazing and were attentive to any needs. This is a duplex rental and I was concerned that my children might be too loud or we might hear the neighbors. The soundproofing between the two buildings is amazing and we never knew that they were there. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

Luxury hotel feel with all the amenities of a home
This home was exactly as advertised (if not better). Very clean, incredibly comfortable beds, in-house laundry, and a well supplied kitchen. Also had a nice yard, but we didn't have much chance to use it due to the weather. The location was convenient both to the airport and to the main parts of Anchorage. We will definitely look to rent again the next time we go to Anchorage.

A Little Gem in a Crowded Court
There were no exterior pictures of this property... for a reason. The little cul-de-sac of nine homes had no less than 45 vehicles (motor homes, trailers, vans, trucks and cars) parked along the driveways and road. HOWEVER, once we entered this home it was nothing but a beautiful experience. The properly was well appointed and VERY CLEAN. The home is small, but it has been recently updated and the space is used very well. All in all, this little spot filled our last minute rental needs to a tee. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Great Place, Very Clean!
Lynette's place was one of the cleanest rental homes I've stayed in. It had everything we needed, and the nice plush bath towels were a treat. The location was great and the decor was beautiful. Lynette was so kind and helpful as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home
Our family had a great experience! The house was clean, well organized, and had so many extra little touches! Lynette had a little bowl of snacks, hot cocoa, coffee, and teas available for us! There were paper towels, extra garbage bags, and back up toilet paper rolls. The night lights and small fans made great additions to the bedrooms. There were dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent too! The filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator was a nice surprise! We really enjoyed our time in AK and having a great duplex to return to each evening was wonderful!

Clean, well organized, quiet property in good location
This is a very well maintained duplex. It was quiet and very well setup with everything you need. A lot of thought has been put in to providing everything you need when traveling and to accommodate a family- plenty of towels, dishsoap, plastic warehouse, etc. The location is central. Has a nice backyard with lights as well. This property worked really well for my family.

Wonderful home in south Anchorage!
We loved our stay at this beautiful and quiet home. We appreciated the care with which the house was prepared for our arrival with many amenities and lovely extras such as protein bars, a new toothbrush, hot chocolate and menus for local restaurants. We could walk to nearby stores and coffee shops and we loved being in a real neighborhood. It was a perfect "home-away-from-home" while attending a family reunion in Anchorage. Our 9 year-old grandson and 13 year-old granddaughter had a sleepover and they said the house was one of the most beautiful they ever saw. Communication with the owner/host was quick and pleasant. We hope to stay here again in the future!

I’m sorry that you violated nearly every house rule, including bringing 3 times the allowed guests, and we had to have you and your group removed from the property. You would have had a 5 STAR experience had you followed the rules like everyone else!!

Great stay!
We had a wonderful time in Anchorage in this beautiful home. Everything you need is there in the house and more, we were very comfortable. The owner is also lovely and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Anchorage Property
Loved all the details and care that went into our stay. Lynette was helpful and communicative checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Very comfortable beds, and the whole space is beautifully decorated to make you feel at home!

Home away from home!
This property was just right for our stay in Anchorage. We were in Anchorage for high school basketball games. This property was ideally located for the games & was a great ‘home’ to come back to after the activities of the day. The property was very clean, comfortable, warm, well appointed & safe. We will definitely keep it in mind for future visits to Anchorage.
