“We loved the Adriano the location so close to all the major sites was perfect. The rooms were lovely and spotless! We would have given it 5 stars but on the last night noise from the night club next door was clearly audible in our room. The staff did call the night club twice to get them to reduce the noise. The live music which was playing stopped but the base beat could be heard right up until we left for our flight at 4 am. We had specifically asked about noise from the club when we arrived……

“It turned out that the ticket I bought for the Alhambra was a scam. I mentioned this to Paula Peña, Guest Experience Manager, and incredibly she was able to secure a Granada Card which included entry to the Alhambra for the next day. I can’t thank her enough for saving my trip. The hotel is well staffed and they are excellent at what they do.”

“The room had an excellent view to the beach. The room only has a helicopter ceiling fan which was even in April insufficient to keep cool at night. Space for clothes is very limited and the area for hanging clothes will be too high for small people. The beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was excellent. Food was of a high quality but lacked more variety. The snack offering for all inclusive clients was laughable: it only appeared at 5 pm and was a small……

“Très bien situé mais la cuisine est trop peu équipée: pas de cafetière ni grille-pain ni micro-onde ustensiles au minimum. Ce serait bien d'avoir une liste des facilités disponibles et de leurs emplacements et non seulement un poste de télé présentant certains d'entre eux. On prévoit revenir toutefois car les chambres sont confortables.”
